We provide various culinary services at Taste and See Personal Chef Services.   Our primary service is to help families spend more quality time together by freeing up valuable time in their busy schedules.   We do this by purchasing the freshest, best quality food items, then we prepare these items in your home.

• Personal Chef Service- We come into your home and prepare meals in your kitchen once or twice a week and provide easy reheating instrucions.  We leave your kitchen clean like when we arrived.

• Private Chef Service-We Provide Exclusive Chef Services for your family, instead of providing weekly meals, we cook all of the meals for your family on a daily basis.

• Breakfast , Lunch or Dinner for Two-We help Make that special occasion extra special.  We can prepare your favorite meal  in your kitchen or even bed side on portable burners .  We can also prepare your favorite meal in a hotel room, or at your favorite Picnic Site or anywhere your imagination will allow you to venture.

• Dinner Parties-Are you tired of food that has been ordered for parties that has been made days ahead of time.  Let us come to your home and prepare your food fresh for you and your guest. 

• Cooking School-Learn how to cook traditional creole or cajun dishes in the privacy of your home.  Learn some classical cooking techniques.  We are also available to provide cooking classes for a group of your friends.

How it Works

Chef Patrick starts out with your personal family meal assessment. I come to your home to interview you and see your kitchen.  At that time we will discuss your culinary likes, dislikes, food allergies, special Nutritional or dietary needs and other questions, concerns, or goals you may have.  Once you are ready, we will work together to design your first menu and schedule your first cook date. 

          On your cook date I will use my food knowledge to shop for the best and finest quality ingredients, come to your home and cook in your kitchen

( I bring all of my own equipment), leave meals packaged in high-quality containers in your refrigerator or freezer, clean up, and provide you with simple heating instructions.
