1 Cup Heavy Cream

8 Whole Eggs (cracked and slightly beaten)

1/4 Cup of Sugar

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

2 Dozen Doughnuts (broken in bite size chunks)

1 Cup of White Chocolate Chips

6 Ounces Secret ingredients (not revealed on video) optional*


Preheat  an oven to 350 Degrees.

First mix the first four ingredients well.

Pour the egg mixture over doughnuts and let sit for 30 minutes.

Bake for 45 Minutes or internal Temp reaches 140 degrees.


Notes: to produce a bread pudding with lighter texture and a fraction of the fat,  substitute 16 ounces of egg whites.
