Chef Patrick Henry is the owner and operator of Taste and See Personal Chef Services. Presently Chef Patrick Henry is the Personal Chef of Chris Paul of the New Orleans Hornets and previously Reggie Bush of the New Orleans Saints . Chef Patrick is the Executive Chef of the House of Agopi Restaurant that has gotten great reviews. Chef Patrick has worked at Pascal's Manale (the home of the original BBQ Shrimp) for two years. Some of the other food service establishments that he has worked with has been: The Palace Restaurant, Zypher's Catering, Joel's Catering, The Picnic Basket of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Full of Flavor Catering. Before Hurricane Katrina Chef Patrick was the Executive Sous Chef of the New Orleans Convention Center. At the Convention Center Chef Patrick has prepared food for guest up to 9,000. He was the chef of the fine dinning restaurant "Ma Maison" located in the New Orleans Convention Center. Some of the guest to dine in Ma Mason have been: Bill Gates, The former Mayor of New Orleans, Marc Morial, Ralph Brennan, and Members of the board of New Orleans Hotel and Tourism Network and numerous senators and congress persons. He earned an associates degree in culinary arts and completed the state certified apprenticeship program at Delgado Community College. While in school Patrick was a member of the culinary competition team. In 1999 Patrick won a bronze medal in the American Culinary Federation's Jr. Hot Food Competition. In 2000 Patrick earned American Culinary Federation's Certification as a Certified Culinarian. Patrick has earned numerous certifications including: Cost control, Food and beverage purchasing, Supervision and Nutrition. He is currently ServSafe Certified. Serve safe (servsafe) is a food safety certification that is issued by the NRAEF (National Restaurant Association Education Foundation). Chef Patirck is also Proud Member of The APCA (American Personal Chef Association).
